Nothing is set in stone yet. The best case scenario is the medical dispensaries will have a dual-use license and be able to sell by September 7, 2024.

Possession of up to 70 grams (2.5 ounces) is legal for adults 21 and over.

Yes! Adults may grow up to 6 plants in a private residence, but no more than 12 per household.

Should I get a medical card?

It is quite easy to get a medical card in Ohio. Look online to find a doctor that can give you a referral. It usually costs between $75-$150 for a telehealth consultation. After the consultation, the doctor submits the recommendation, you pay the registration fee ($0.01), and you have your medical card!
